This heating furnace is used for the heating process of steel billet products. Party B shall design a fully automated rotary bottom annular heating land production line according to the requirements, mainly composed of the feeding platform of the annular furnace, feeding conveyor roller, feeding and loading manipulator, furnace bottom mechanical equipment, tapping manipulator, furnace door mechanism equipment, annular heating furnace system, and the entire line automation control system. During the production process, the operator only needs to set process parameters, and the transfer and heating process of products in the heating production line are automatically controlled by the equipment itself.
After receiving the steel charging signal, the charging furnace door automatically opens, and the steel charging manipulator automatically feeds the steel billets on the charging roller table outside the furnace into the furnace. Then, the steel charging manipulator returns to the loading starting position and waits. The charging furnace door automatically closes, and the furnace bottom rotates and operates according to the cycle set by the system. The billet passes through the preheating section, the heating section, the soaking section, and the tapping and reheating zone in the furnace in turn. After the billet is heated, it reaches the discharge furnace door position. Upon receiving the tapping signal, the discharge furnace door automatically opens, and the tapping manipulator enters the furnace to take out the billet and deliver it to the designated position.
The heating fuel of the heating furnace is natural gas, which is combusted using a natural gas low nitrogen burner. The furnace adopts forced exhaust gas from the fan, and the flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the flue, fan, and chimney. The buyer sends natural gas to the furnace side, and the gas is sent to each heating section of the furnace after pressure regulation. For the needs of operation and maintenance, corresponding platforms and ladders have been set up near the inner and outer rings of the furnace, the furnace top, and the main regulating valves to facilitate personnel access.

Process description of circular heating furnace
The steel billets are loaded on the loading platform, and then transported to the feeding roller table from the loading platform. The feeding roller table is transported to the lower part of the feeding steel loading machine. Then, the steel billets are loaded into the annular heating furnace by the feeding steel loading manipulator. The steel billets are heated in the furnace and heated to the required temperature. After that, the steel billets are taken out by the tapping manipulator and placed on the designated roller table position under the tapping manipulator.
Workflow: billet loading → billet conveying on the roller table → feeding and loading with a manipulator → heating in the annular furnace → discharging with a manipulator → receiving the roller table.
Equipment composition of annular furnace
1) Civil engineering foundation: The seller provides the foundation design condition drawing, and the buyer is responsible for the detailed design and construction of the foundation drawing;
2) Annular furnace system: furnace steel structure (including walkways and railings), furnace masonry, combustion system, air supply system, smoke exhaust system, vent system, furnace water system, etc;
3) Furnace mechanical equipment: furnace bottom machinery, loading platform, loading roller table, feeding and loading manipulator, tapping manipulator, furnace door opening and closing mechanism;
4) Hydraulic system, dry oil lubrication system;
5) Automatic control system in the project: the seller is responsible for the electrical automation and information process automation systems of the annular heating furnace;
6) Technical data and services within the design scope (including providing personnel training, etc.).
