DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINES THAT COMPRISE THE LINE
 
Loading Carriage:
- Its purpose is to receive the reels from the crane in the loading position, transport them to the roll holder, and position them on the mandrel. All of this is hydraulically driven.
- Load capacity: 20 tons.
- Vertical travel: 750 mm.
- Transverse travel: 4000 mm.
 
Cantilever and expandable mobile roll holder:
- Hydraulically expandable mandrel.
- Mandrel motor.
- Web press arm.
- Water-cooled inflatable chamber brake.
- Sliding base.
- Web centering device.
 
- It is expanded hydraulically by means of a hydraulic cylinder, four expandable sectors fitted in dovetail joints. When the sectors expand, they lock the reel onto them.
- The mandrel is motorized by a gearmotor; the motorization is only used for feeding and collecting excess material. - The strip clamping arm is used to keep the strip adhered when the seal is removed from the reel and to perform raw material feeding operations.
- The braking system uses pneumatic chambers to ensure tension at all times.
- The sliding base allows the reel to be centered according to the widths to be processed, all via a hydraulic cylinder and automatic centering system.

Infeed wedge and 3-roller straightener:
The wedge guide system allows for control of the strip's threading up to the straightener. All control is performed from the control panel, and all movements are hydraulic.
The straightener consists of 3 rollers that ensure the strip's flatness at all times and is controlled from the infeed panel.
Circular shear assembly:
This assembly consists of two shafts driven by a gear motor to ensure stable cutting. The length is 1600 mm x 190 mm.

Measuring table and loop pits:
The purpose of this table is to determine the format measurement and evacuate it, once cut, to the loop pit tables.
Loop tables consist of two units that ensure the threading of the cut straps into the coiler. This entire system is hydraulic.
 
Edge coiler:
Equipment designed to coil the cut edges and generate small scrap coils.

Band tensioner assembly:
Equipment designed to guide the cut straps to the strap coiler. This equipment also controls the band tension with pneumatic pressure and specially designed felts, ensuring that all cut materials are tensioned and adjusted for handling. Output mandrel:
Its expansion is achieved hydraulically by means of a hydraulic cylinder, three expandable sectors fitted in dovetails. When expanded, the sectors lock the cut straps for their corresponding winding (weight capacity 20 tons).
The mandrel is motorized by a gear motor, which is used to wind and unwind the cut straps.
The band-pressing arm with guides keeps the band attached to the mandrel and ensures proper winding.
Expulsion plate:
This consists of a lateral ejection system for all the cut and wound material on the mandrel. It is operated hydraulically and controlled from a desk.
Unloading arm:
A motorized tower-shaped system with a rotating arm that collects the material ejected from the winder. This rotation is achieved by a gear motor.
 
The entire line consists of a pneumatic and hydraulic system, a hydraulic power unit at the input, two control desks, electrical cabinets, etc.
The line includes technical documentation, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings, foundation plans, and civil engineering details, etc.
Recommended spare parts are available, as well as a large amount of equipment for changing the circular shear, blades, spacers, and vulcan.
